SurakshaHub sells digital cybersecurity products. License keys are delivered electronically. Please review the policy below for delivery, returns, and refunds.

Digital Delivery

• Delivery occurs via email or in your account after payment confirmation.
• Most orders are fulfilled instantly; some may take up to 24 hours for verification.
• No physical shipping is involved.

Activation Issues

• If a key fails to activate, contact support within 7 days of purchase.
• We will troubleshoot and, if necessary, replace the key after verification.

Returns

Digital license keys cannot be returned once delivered or revealed.

Refunds

• Eligible for verified non-delivery or duplicate payment.
• Not eligible for change-of-mind after key delivery.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
• On refund, associated license access may be revoked.

Anti-Fraud

We investigate suspected abuse, chargebacks, or reselling. Accounts violating terms may be restricted.
